The things people ask first

How fast can you come out?

Same-day and next-day slots are open most weeks. Cleanouts and single-item pickups are the easiest to fit in at short notice; full moves and demo jobs usually want a day or two of lead time.

What counts as a "full load"?

The bed heaped and strapped, roughly 2.5 cubic yards — not filled level to the rails. If your job is bigger than that we'll quote it as multiple loads up front so there's no argument at the end.

Do you charge for stairs?

Ground floor and elevator buildings are standard rate. A second-floor walk-up adds about 10%, third floor and above about 18%. It's in the estimate above, so you'll see it before you book.

What happens to the stuff you take?

We sort it on site. Anything usable goes to donation and we'll bring you the receipt for your taxes. Metal and e-waste get recycled. Only what's genuinely left goes to the transfer station.

Can you do my demolition?

Non-structural tear-out, yes — cabinets, counters, vanities, tile, carpet, drywall, baseboard, sheds, fences, decks and small concrete pads. We don't touch structural work, electrical, plumbing or anything needing a permit. On permitted jobs we work as labour under your general contractor's licence and supervision.

My building wants a certificate of insurance.

Common on the Westside — a lot of buildings won't release the elevator or loading dock without one. Mention it in your quote request and we'll sort the paperwork with your building manager before the job.

How do I pay?

Cash, Zelle, Venmo or card, on completion. Dump fees are added at cost with the receipt attached.
